Grommets

We manufacture a wide range of grommets from open grommets, blind grommets, semi-blind grommets, oval and long neck grommets. These grommets are mostly made of commercial grades of Natural, EPDM, Nitrile, NBR, Silicone etc rubbers. However we can also mould them in any specialty grades such as ASTM, BS standard, FDA etc if required.

Bumpers

Bumpers are used for variety of purposes like edge protection, impact or sound absorption, protection from scratches during movement of furniture or equipment. These come in various styles like Grommet bumpers, Recessed bumpers, Stem bumpers and are moulded in strong rubber.

Bellows, Boots & Gaitors

Bellows or expansion joints protect parts from dust, oil and weather. The convolutions on a bellow allow it to expand and contract yet maintaining its sealing features. These are manufactured in various compounds and rubbers depending on the end use application.

Ferrules/Crutch/ Leg Tips in SBR & NR

These are used for giving stability to walking sticks, and for furniture as end tips to protect floor from scratches etc. There are several different types of these and these mostly come with a steel washer inside it to make it last longer or prevent any damage to rubber.

Pedal Pads & Grips

P&P manufactures various types of rubber and plastic pads and grips which are used in Automotive, Agricultural and Industrial equipments. These pads and grips are typically in Natural rubber and EPDM. Textured and Matt finish can be added as per customer’s request and specification.

Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Mounts

P&P manufactures a large range of rubber to metal bondings (also known as Rubber Overmoulding), such as AVMs, Buffers, Silent Bloc Bushes, Suspension boots which are then used in various applications and industries like Automotive, Sealing devices, Generators and Marine industry. The metal inserts are cleaned, and shot or sand blasted in house to provide roughness to inserts which in turn improves the bonding. The metal inserts (washers, tubings, threaded bolts or plates ) are typically in Stainless steel, Mild steel or in form of seamless pipes.

Plastic Mouldings

We supply a wide range of Plastic components (Grommets, Spacers, Feet and Ferrules, Plugs, Washers, Bushes, Sleeves, Latches etc, ) that are used across many industries. The materials we have moulded in includes Flexible PVC, TPE, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, ABS, Polycarbonate (PC), PA66/Nylon, Acetal /Delrin (POM), TPU, Santoprene (TPV).

Rubber Hoses

We supply Rubber hoses that are manufactured by moulding, extrusion or mandrel formed. These hoses can be plain, wrapped or reinforced with fabric and come in different materials and shapes such as straight, bends/elbows (45 Deg / 90 Deg), Fuel Filler neck hose, and air intake bends.
